All posts go through your approval before publishing. You can request unlimited changes until you're 100% satisfied.

Can I change packages?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at the end of each commitment period. For example, if you signed up for Basic for 3 months, you can change at month 4.

Do you respond to comments and messages?

Yes, all packages include community management: we respond to comments and direct messages during business hours (9am-6pm, Mon-Fri).

Do I need an invoice? How much is VAT?

We can provide invoice if needed. VAT (16%) is absorbed by the client. For example: Basic = $6,500 + VAT = $7,540 MXN total.

What if I want to cancel?

You must complete the minimum commitment period of your package. After that, you can cancel with 30 days notice without penalty.
